Approach

Before we get into your personalized, one-on-one mental skills training for riding, we first establish our relationship with your Free Consultation Session, where we’ll discuss what you’re currently experiencing, where you want to be, and what it takes to get there.

Once mental performance training sessions begin, we approach the very first session by taking some time to dive into your performance. You will understand what exactly is happening in your mind and why, and you will receive your very own Mental Performance Training Plan (MPTP) that we will work off in following sessions.

Our sessions will then work on the mental skills listed on your MPTP, working towards accomplishing your specific mental performance goals for riding.

Together, we will work on improving your mental game, which will then translate to your performance both in and out of the saddle. I am committed to helping you transform into the best rider and person you can be!
